Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. The Pro Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness competitions as a teenager. In just one year she was granted her professional card aged 17. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college degree. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the contest. In the summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
